DPRK troops who are currently training in Russia would become legitimate military targets if they engage in combat in Ukraine, the White House said.<br /><br />"If these North Korean soldiers decide to join the fight against Ukraine, they will become legitimate military targets," National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told journalists.<br />Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said his government had intelligence that 10,000 DPRK soldiers were being prepared to join Russian forces.<br /><br />Russia and DPRK have denied any troop movements have taken place.<br />
