Leading luxury retailer Flannels has opened the doors of its new store in Leeds city centre. <br /><br />The new space, housed within the former Debenhams site on Briggate, has been under renovation since late 2023. <br /><br />It has been one of the most highly-anticipated new openings in Leeds this year.
