Nationwide protests by T&TEC employees on Thursday morning came with a dark warning. <br /><br /><br />If their concerns about wage increases, manpower shortages and faulty equipment are not immediately addressed by the state-owned utility company, the consequences of its inaction, may be felt by the entire population. <br /><br /><br />While protests erupted in north, south, central and east Trinidad, as well as Tobago, the President General of the workers' union, the OWTU, addressed workers in San Fernando. <br /><br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was there.
