This is the moment a driver was caught on camera making an illegal turn on an A road slip road.<br /><br />The black vehicle can be seen driving on the designated London-bound M2 slip from the A249 Maidstone-bound in Kent.<br /><br />However, after seemingly realising that they took a wrong turn, the motorist is filmed driving off the A249 slip road and onto the Stockbury roundabout’s designated London-bound slip road - instead to avoid joining the M2.<br /><br />The manoeuvre, which was filmed at 1.25pm on March 11, meant the car was travelling on the wrong side of the road so it could rejoin the roundabout once more.<br /><br />At the time, the M2 junction five London-bound exit slip at Stockbury was shut, meaning the A249 Maidstone-bound was closed from the Stockbury roundabout to Church Hill, with no access to the A249 from Oad Street or South Green Lane.
