Senator Risa Hontiveros asks former President Rodrigo Duterte if he’ll take responsibility for the death of Kian Delos Santos and other victims of the war on drugs.<br /><br /><br />Sen. Risa also questions the statement of former President Rodrigo Duterte from a Reuters interview back in 2021, wherein he said “If there is any person who is going to prison, it would be me, I assume full responsibility.” <br /><br /><br />"Do you assume responsibility for the death of Kian Delos Santos?" she asked directly.<br /><br /><br />"No,” Duterte replied.<br /><br /><br />Hontiveros persisted. "How about Carl Anthony Nunez?"<br /><br /><br />Duterte responded, "Before you ramble on those things..."<br /><br /><br />"No, I’m not rambling; my questions are very specific—" Hontiveros countered.<br /><br /><br />Duterte stated, “Hindi, specific ang law. Guilt is personal."
