This is my all time favorite high protein drink! 30g protein. 1g sugar. 3g carbs. 170 calories. Recipe: Large glass with ice, add cofee, add 1 container Quest Salted Caramel Protein Drink. Add 2% Fairlife milk with a dash of sugar free caramel syrup to a small glass and froth. Add a dash of sea salt to coffee and cold foam and top iced coffee with that delicious salted caramel cold foam.
