A Soca Legend graduated from the University of Trinidad and Tobago on Monday with a Masters in Carnival Studies.<br /><br />He and his fellow graduates were joined by five recipients of honorary doctorates from the UTT, who include a former Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
