A glimpse into the devastation caused by the recent storm in Valencia is captured in this video. <br /><br />"The water began flooding the streets while I was working, so I couldn't go home," the filmer, Noa, told WooGlobe. "My coworkers and I moved up to the first floor, but the water kept rising. <br /><br />"People were trapped in their cars, unable to escape.
