The claim that "Hamas members are firing at planes dropping aid to civilians in Gaza," shared on Israeli propaganda accounts regarding some images on social media, is false.<br /><br />It has been identified that the video that was disseminated in multiple languages by Israel's social media propaganda network was produced by editing two separate videos.<br /><br />The first part of the video was shared in 2022, while the second part was shared on June 24, 2024, and they are not related to each other.<br /><br />The video used by Israeli propaganda accounts was sourced from a social media account known for generating misleading content using artificial intelligence and fabricated edits.<br /><br />Moreover, no international organisation involved in the coordination of aid to Gaza has reported any incident of "Hamas attacking aid planes from Arab countries."<br />Stéphane Dujarric, spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General, announced that 322 aid workers were killed due to Israeli attacks since October of last year.<br /><br />The World Central Kitchen, which lost seven aid workers, reported that its convoy was deliberately targeted by Israel.<br />Israeli disinformation campaigns aimed at manipulating global public opinion should not be given credit.
