One day after an Express newspaper article confirmed that some members of the public prefer to place their bets with illegal Lotto operators, the Electronic Lotto Agents Association of Trinidad and Tobago, ELAATT, is once again calling for the State to crack down on the illegal activity. ELAATT is also calling for a forensic audit of the NLCB, as it levels allegations of so-called double agent activity, among legal operators. Rynessa Cutting reports.
