Typhoon Marce, known internationally as Yinxing, has been observed to strengthen as it moves over the Philippine Sea, just east of Isabela, on Tuesday afternoon, November 5. <br /><br />According to the latest bulletin from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Marce's maximum sustained winds have risen from 120 kilometers per hour to 130 km/h.
