Footage shows the aftermath of a crash on the M6 in which a lorry smashed through the central reservation near Preston on November 6.<br /><br />The collision occurred between junctions 32 (Broughton) and 33 (Hampson Green) at around 11.30am on Wednesday.<br /><br />The motorway was subsequently closed in both directions while emergency services worked at the scene.<br /><br />Lancashire Police said the closure was likely to be in place for a number of hours.<br /><br />The crash came as thousands of football fans from Sunderland travelled along the M6 to reach Preston, where the two teams were due to kick off at 8pm.
