Heartwarming footage has surfaced of a woman, named Sophie, taking her partner by surprise with the life-changing news that he was going to be a dad. <br /><br />"When I told my boyfriend I was pregnant after seven years together," Sophie commented. "I found out 15 minutes prior to recording this video.
