Art takes the street as stage during Havana's Biennial

Sculptures, murals and performances have taken over public spaces in the Cuban capital as of Nov. 15, 2024 as part of the Havana Biennial, the largest contemporary art event in Cuba and the Caribbean. The 15th edition of the Biennial, which will run until February 2025, will bring together hundreds of artists and is focused on the dialogue between art and daily life of communities. With the slogan 'Shared Horizons,' the Biennial has arranged for many of the projects to interact with the Cuban community in squares, streets, neighborhoods and diverse public spaces, in addition to the traditional galleries and museums.

REUTERS VIDEO

Subscribe to The Manila Times Channel - https://tmt.ph/YTSubscribe
Visit our website at https://www.manilatimes.net

Follow us:
Facebook - https://tmt.ph/facebook
Instagram - https://tmt.ph/instagram
Twitter - https://tmt.ph/twitter
DailyMotion - https://tmt.ph/dailymotion

Subscribe to our Digital Edition - https://tmt.ph/digital
Sign up to our newsletters: https://tmt.ph/newsletters

Check out our Podcasts:
Spotify - https://tmt.ph/spotify
Apple Podcasts - https://tmt.ph/applepodcasts
Amazon Music - https://tmt.ph/amazonmusic
Deezer: https://tmt.ph/deezer
Tune In: https://tmt.ph/tunein

#themanilatimes
#worldnews
#art
#cuba
