Glasgow’s festive season has officially started as the Christmas lights were switched on at George Square on Sunday 17 November, in what was the coldest night of the year so far. <br /><br />Almost 10,000 tickets were distributed by a randomised ballot and the lucky attendees got to witness a state of the art lighting and projection show following ample entertainment.<br />
