No relief in sight for Delhi residents as toxic smog persists<br /><br />Residents in the Indian capital New Delhi continued to choke on toxic smog with no relief in sight as the city’s air quality remained in the hazardous band on Wednesday, November 20.<br /><br />"My eyes are irritated and watery, it feels like someone has put chili powder in them," Javed Ali, an auto-rickshaw driver in the city, said.
