Pine Tree Pizza with Beef Meatballs and Runny Camembert!<br />👇<br />Ingredients ;<br />Pizza dough :<br />- 200g of Francine flour<br />- 2 sachets of Francine yeast<br />- 1 tsp of salt<br />- 1 tsp of sugar<br />- 20 cl of water (don't add it all at once, little by little)<br />- 4 tbsp of olive oil<br />For the meatballs :<br />- 600g of beef<br />- Salt and pepper<br />- A little flour<br />- 1 shallot<br />- 2 cloves of garlic<br />- You can add 1 tbsp of tomato paste if you want, or other.<br />For the quick sauce :<br />- 6 tbsp of olive oil<br />- 50g of flaked almonds<br />- 50g of peanuts<br />- 12 basil leaves or more as you want.<br />Others:<br />- 1 camembert<br />- 1 egg yolk for the glaze<br />- Sesame seeds<br />- Tomato sauce if you want to accompany it all.<br />Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°<br />
