AM Pullups with a Monkey Grip seem to help the alignment of my shoulder! Monkey Grip refers to how monkeys have to Grip with the thumb alongside the fingers. Monkeys/Apes/Simians don't have opposable thumbs: they cannot touch the end of the fingers with the thumb. Amazing how the difference in design of ONE DIGIT can make such a huge difference!
