The Russian Navy has test-fired hypersonic missiles in the east Mediterranean as part of drills during increasing tensions with the West.<br /><br />More than 1,000 military personnel, 10 ships and vessels, 24 aircraft, including MiG-31I Kinzhal carriers, are participating in exercises in the Mediterranean, the Russian Ministry of Defense has said.
