This is the dramatic moment a 94-year-old woman was rescued falling into a deep well.<br /><br />The woman, identified only as Kamala, slipped and fell into the well near her home in Marakatte village, Koppa taluk, on Tuesday (03/12).<br /><br />During her fall, Kamala managed to grab a part of the pump used to bring water to the surface and clung to the inside wall of the well to keep herself above water level.<br /><br />Kamala's family alerted the fire department and they were able to securely carry her out of the well in just over an hour.
