A family has slammed 'Scrooge' housing bosses after being ordered to turn off their Christmas display at night following complaints they cause LIGHT POLLUTION.<br /><br />Each year the Stoniers, in Blythe Bridge, Staffs, turn their home into a festive winter wonderland featuring 7,000 lights and numerous inflatables in a tradition dating back 23 years.
