A dad who had to work on his daughter's birthday still made sure he could celebrate with her - by releasing balloons as he drove past.<br /><br />Video taken on December 4 in Linyi, Shandong, shows three-year-old Wanwan on an overpass with her mum - waiting for a special surprise.<br /><br />Her dad's truck approaches and Wanwan can be see waving as he honks and flashes his lights.<br /><br />Before he drives underneath the overpass, he releases balloons from the truck's cab as a birthday celebration.<br /><br />As the balloons float above her, Wanwan can be seen skipping with joy from this touching gesture.
