Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin says North Korea, Russia relationship 'concerning'<br /><br />Outgoing US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says the relationship between North Korea and Russia is "concerning" as he visits an air base in Japan on what will likely be his last official Asia-Pacific trip.<br /><br />"We know that this is transactional.
