An off-shore drilling rig partially collapsed during the early hours of this morning, leaving one man injured and another missing at sea. <br /><br />The rig is owned and operated by Well Services Petroleum Limited, within a Heritage Offshore Field, Southwestern Trinidad. <br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh tells us more.
