A 'Do not travel' warning has been issued in the North of England as heavy rain has flooded homes and caused disruption throughout Greater Manchester this morning (Jan 1). <br /><br />Police rescue people from the A555 as multiple roads and motorways have been closed as a result of the severe flooding.
