Olya Naralachi amti / Coconut gravy<br />Receipe<br /><br />Ingredients <br /><br />1 medium size grated coconut<br />5-6 garlic cloves<br />1 green chilly<br />3 spoon coriander powder<br />3 spoon red chilly powder<br />½ small oinion<br />2 small potatoes<br />3-4 glass water<br />5-6 kokam<br />/ garcinia indica<br />Salt for taste<br /><br />Procedure<br /><br />Take grated coconut, red chilly powder, coriander powder, ½ onion, garlic cloves, water, in a mixture, mix it well & bring it to a thin paste. Heat pan/kadai with 2-3 spoon of oil, put 1 green chilly, paste of coconut mixture, potatoes, water & salt in it, after one boil, put 5-6 kokam / garcinia indica in it, bring it to boil again on high flame. After boiled, low the flame & cover the lid for 10-15 minutes.<br />Now our naralachi amti / coconut gravy, is ready to eat with chappatis & rice.
