Kobi chi Bhaji daal ghalun / Cabbage receipe<br /><br />Ingredients : -<br /><br />½ kg – Cabbage / Kobi<br />1 small bowl – chana daal<br />7-8 – garlic cloves<br />7-8 – Green chillies<br />½ - tea spoon – cumin seeds<br />½ - tea spoon – turmeric powder<br />2-3 - table spoon oil for temper/ tadka<br />Salt for taste<br />Fresh bunch of coriander leaves<br /><br />Procedure –<br /><br />Heat oil in kadai/ pan for temper/tadka, put first cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies, turmeric powder,cabbage, chana daal & salt to taste, one by one. Mix it well. Cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame, covered.<br />Finally garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot with chappatis.<br /><br />Thanks for watching.
