Mirchyanchi Bhaji / Fat Green chillies pakoda<br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />6-7 Fat Green chillies<br />1 bowl / vati - chana flour / besan <br />1 small glass - water<br />Salt for taste<br />½ litre – oil <br /><br />Procedure <br /><br />Divide fat green chilly into two pieces. Cut each of them from the middle & put pinch of salt in between & keep it a side.<br />Take dry chana flour, put 1 small glass of water, salt to taste & 3-4 spoon of oil. Mix it well. Make a medium thick batter.<br />Heat oil in kadai for deep fry purpose. Take one by one chilly from batter & deep fry it in oil, till its colour get golden brown. <br />Our fat green chilly pakodas are ready to eat.
