Dashcam footage shows "apocalyptic" fires creeping out of Pacific Palisades towards surrounding neighbourhoods - fanned by high winds.<br /><br />Video taken by Sarah Moore, 29, on Tuesday (07/01) from inside the Malibu area shows the fire moving across grasslands and hills, away from the Palisades.
