The Met Office upgrades Devon's snow warning to Amber

THE Met Office has issued an amber warning for snow.<br />The new warning, which advises people not to travel, will last until 9pm tonight, Wednesday, January 9.<br />It covers Dartmoor and much of Devon.<br />
