Thickhat shevachi Bhaji / Spicy shev receipe<br /><br />Ingredients -<br /><br />100 gram – spicy shev<br />2-3 small onions<br />2-3 green chillies <br />5-6 garlic cloves<br />½ tea spoon cumin seeds<br />½’ tea spoon turmeric powder<br />3 – 4 spoon of oil for tempering / tadka<br />1 small glass of water<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Procedure <br /><br />Heat oil in kadai, put cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies, onion, turmeric powder in it, stir it well, after onion appears reddish, pour 1 small glass of water in tadka, put salt to taste in it ( keep in mind that readymade spicy shev includes salt in it). Cover the lid for 1 minute on low flame & your shevbhaji is ready to eat.<br /><br />Finally garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati/roti.<br /><br />Thanks for watching.
