Simla mirchi chi Bhaji/ Capsicum receipe<br />Ingredients –<br />250 gms – Capsicum / Simla mirchi<br />7-8 garlic, 5-6 green chillies<br />½ tea spoon turmeric powder<br />½ tea spoon cumin seeds<br />1 big (100gms) bowl of chana aata / besan flour<br />Salt to taste<br />Procedure- <br />Wash & cut capsicum in small pieces & keep a side. Now heat 3-4 spoon of oil in kadai for tempering / tadka, put cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder, capsicum in it, mix well for 2 mins. on high gas, then deem the gas, pour besan flour, oil & salt to taste, in it, pour 2-3 spoon of water in it & cover the lid for 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 min open the lid, mix it well & again cover the lid for 3-4 minutes, get it cooked on steam on low flame & its ready to eat.<br />Finally garnish with grated coriander leaves & serve not.<br /><br />Thanks for watching
