Bhendi chi bhaji / Lady finger receipe<br /><br />Ingredients – <br /><br />500 gm – bhendi / ladies finger<br />4-5 green chillies <br />9-10 garlic pieces<br />1 tea spoon – cumin seeds<br />½ tea spoon turmeric powder.<br />Salt to taste.<br /><br />Wash ladies finger, dry it & cut it. <br />Always ladies finger should be totally dry before tadka / tempering<br />Now take a fry pan, pour 3-4 tea spoon oil for tempering/tadka, put cumin seeds, garlic pieces, green chillies, salt to taste, turmeric powder, ladies finger in it & mix / stir well for 2 minutes on high gas. Then after keep for 10-15 mins on medium gas without lid.<br />Now it is ready to eat. Serve hot with chappati.<br /><br />Thanks for watching.
