The Planning Minister - who is also the MP for Arima - says an increased presence of the Police Service and the Defence Force in Blanchisseuse has resulted in almost 20 months with no murders in the fishing community.<br /><br />Minister Pennelope Beckles was speaking during the inaugural opening of the NCRHA's, Disaster Response Site – NCD Prevention & Retreat Centre in Blanchisseuse on Friday.
