Germany's AfD names Alice Weidel as chancellor candidate ahead of February election

The AfD has confirmed its first-ever chancellor candidate as polls show the part is currently in second place. Co-leader Tino Chrupalla says the goal in the February vote is to surpass the 20% mark.
