SMOKE could be seen issuing from public toilets in Newton Abbot on Monday, January 13.<br />Firefighters were quick to the scene after reports came in just before 5pm.<br />An eyewitness told the Mid-Devon Advertiser that 'thick black smoke' was coming from the mens toilet.<br />It is though that toilet paper had been set alight inside, the Mid-Devon Advertiser understands.
