Heart-stopping footage shows a cyclist's miraculous near miss with a car sporting what appeared to be police livery.<br /><br />Dan Brothwell, 49, from Cirencester, Gloucester came within inches of being hit by the car which was marked ‘Dog Handler’ and ‘Response Unit’.<br /><br />The car, which had blue and yellow markings and a police-style lightbar on the roof, was filmed overtaking Dan on the A443 near Worcester. <br /><br />The dad-of-two was forced to swerve out of the way as the Skoda Octavia hurtled past him on March 27 last year.
