Brush fires prompts evacuations and road closures in San Diego<br /><br />California firefighters were battling brush fires that were igniting across San Diego County on Tuesday, January 21.<br /><br />Fueled by strong Santa Ana winds and dry conditions, a fast-moving brush fire on broke out on a hillside shortly after noon in Mission Valley, prompting evacuations and road closures.<br /><br />The fire started on the north side of Friars Road, near Fashion Valley mall.
