Taiwan Premier Cho Jung-tai Calls Spending Cuts 'Suicidal'

Taiwan's Premier Cho Jung-tai is calling the record spending cuts approved by the opposition-controlled legislature "suicidal," warning they may force some government agencies to trim or even terminate services.
