In a tragic incident, the body of Nisha, a 22-year-old air hostess trainee from Jogindernagar, Mandi district, Himachal Pradesh, was recovered from the Bhakra Canal near Patiala, Punjab. A 33-year-old police officer, Yuvraj, posted in Mohali, has been arrested on charges of her murder. However, the police SHO says he surrendered himself yesterday.<br /><br />Yuvraj (accused) was today produced in the court & the police had sought remand till 27th January .<br />
