The record-breaking snowstorm brought blizzard conditions to Texas, Florida and Louisiana. <br /><br />The city of New Orleans received eight inches of snow. <br /><br />A video filmed by resident Stephanie Drake, 44, shows the famous Bourbon Street blanketed in a thick layer of snow. <br /><br />She said: "I was in shock and excited."
