Harsh words for victims of crime, and it's coming from the National Security Minister. Via Facebook post, Minister Fitzgerald Hinds condemned not only perpetrators of crime, but also some victims, as he referenced a recent incident where one man almost lost his life, after going to Laventille to purchase a laptop.
