Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioners Ernesto Maceda Jr., Rey Bulay, and Chairman George Erwin Garcia, along with National Printing Office (NPO) Directors Revsee Escobedo and Arjay Lim sign a Memorandum of Agreement between Comelec and NPO for the printing of 2025 National and Local Elections ballots, at the National Printing Office in Quezon City on Monday, January 27.<br /><br />The said agreement gives authorization to NPO to use its resources together with the current Comelec’s technology provider MIRU Systems.
