PH arrests more Chinese 'spies' amid sea row<br /><br />Philippine security officials present alleged Chinese spies, following the arrest of another Chinese citizen detained for espionage this month. The arrests come as confrontations between the two Asian neighbors over contested reefs and waters in the strategic South China Sea have escalated in recent months.
