Lobia Keema is a hearty and flavorful South Asian dish made with minced meat (keema) and black-eyed peas (lobia), cooked together in a rich, aromatic blend of spices. This dish combines the tender texture of ground meat with the creamy bite of black-eyed peas, creating a wholesome and protein-packed meal. Infused with onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and a mix of traditional spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala, Lobia Keema offers a deliciously spiced, slightly tangy, and deeply satisfying taste.
