It pairs perfectly with hot steamed rice.<br />Ingredients:<br /><br /> 500g chicken (drumsticks, wings, or chopped free-range chicken)<br /> 3 stalks of lemongrass (finely chopped)<br /> 2 chili peppers (chopped or whole, depending on spice preference)<br /> 2 tbsp fish sauce<br /> 1 tbsp sugar<br /> 1 tsp seasoning powder<br /> 1/2 tsp salt<br /> 1/2 tsp ground black pepper<br /> 1 tbsp cooking oil<br /> 1 tsp minced garlic<br /> 1 tsp minced shallots<br /><br />Instructions:<br /><br /> Marinate the Chicken:<br /> Wash and drain the chicken.<br /> Marinate with fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, salt, pepper, minced garlic, minced shallots, and chopped lemongrass.
