President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. criticized the Duterte administration during a rally for the administration-backed senatorial candidates of Alyansa Para sa Makabagong Pilipinas in Iloilo City on Thursday, Feb. 13.<br /><br />The President stated that the senatorial candidates have no blood on their hands, particularly in relation to the deaths attributed to the drug war under the Duterte administration.<br /><br />Marcos also accused the previous administration of mishandling the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to numerous deaths.<br /><br />Additionally, the President called out the previous administration for its failure to defend the country's interests against China.
