Navratan Pulao With Paneer Kofta <br /><br />Navratan Pulao <br /><br />- Heat A Pan With 2 Tbsp Ghee <br />- Shallow Fry Chopped Vegetables (Capsicum, Carrot, Cauliflower, Beans, Green Peas) <br />- Add Slitted Chillies & Salt As Per Taste <br />- Pour Cashew, Raisins & Almond <br />- Shallow fry them for 7-8 Minutes On Medium Flame <br />- Meanwhile, Wash & Rinse Gobindo Bhog Rice 2 Cup (500 gm) <br />- For Good Result, Soak It For 30 Minutes <br />- Pour It Into Kadhai With Dry Spices (Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove) <br />- Mix Them Well & Cook For 10 Minutes On Low Flame <br />- Then add warm water 1 Litre (Double Of Rice) <br />- Sugar 2 Tbsp, Ghee & Saffron <br />- Cook Them For 10 -12 Minutes On Medium Flame <br />- Then, Switch Off The Flame & Give It Good Rest For 30 Minutes <br /><br />Let's Prepare Paneer Kofta <br /><br />- Chenna or Paneer 500 gm<br />- Boiled Potato 2<br />- Pinch Of Salt, Turmeric, Chilli & Garam Masala Powder <br />- Smash Them Well & Make Small Balls <br />- You Can Stuff some Chopped Nuts Into It (Optional)<br />- Coat Them With All Purpose Flour or Corn Flour <br />- Deep Fry On Medium Hot Oil <br />- Your Koftas are ready now <br />- To Make Gravy, First Heat 1 Tsp Oil <br />- Add 4 Tomato, 2 Inch Ginger, 4 Chilli, Dry Spices (Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Bay Leaf) Cashew & Sesame Seeds <br />- Cook Them On Low Flame For 7-8 Minutes <br />- Then, Cool Down It Completely & Make A Smooth Paste Of It <br />- Now, Heat The Same Pan With 2 Tbsp Oil <br />- Cook Masala Paste On Low Flame, Until It Becomes Thick <br />- Add Curd 50 gm<br />- Cook Them On Low Flame <br />- Then Add Warm Water, Fresh Cream & Kasuri Methi <br />- Cook Them For Another 1-2 Minutes <br />- Serve It With Kofta & Enjoy <br /><br />#paneerkofta #paneer #pulao #navratanpulao #koftacurry
