Meet the four-year-old "genius" can identify all 50 US states on a map - as well as all the major cities in the UK and name all 195 flags of the world.<br /><br />Arthur Weekley has been interested in flags since he was three after his dad, Bobby, who was 30, bought him a puzzle with different flags.<br /><br />Since he was gifted more maps for Christmas, Arthur has now memorized the names and locations of all the US states, UK cities and has started on India.<br /><br />Mum, Jas, 29, started testing Arthur on his knowledge and he is now able to remember every single state and national flag.
