Another weekend solo hiking deep into the mountains of British Columbia, Canada. Only this time I found myself in the temperate rainforest of Vancouver Island. Carrying 30 lbs into the backcountry, my dog and I attempt to reach an alpine lake and setup camp in the rain. <br /><br />My dog and I are based in British Columbia, Canada and spend the weekends adventuring, exploring mountains, camping, paddling, fishing, riding motorcycles.
